You’ll play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize production workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.

Lead cross-functional teams in executing production-related improvement projects.

Analyze data and production metrics to identify areas for performance improvement.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.

Drive change management efforts to implement new processes and technologies.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through team engagement and recognition.

Collaborate with various departments to align production goals with company objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Proven experience in project management within a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.

Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.

Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is preferred.
