As Vice President of Manufacturing, you'll lead the overall manufacturing strategy, driving operational excellence and ensuring efficiency across all production lines. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to optimize processes, implement best practices, and achieve organizational goals. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards of quality while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company goals.

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.

• Drive process improvements, using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and increase productivity.

• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and other departments to streamline operations and enhance product quality.

• Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and manage teams, ensuring strong leadership and alignment with company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor industry trends and technology advancements to keep the manufacturing operation competitive and forward-thinking.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role.

• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and systems.

• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Fluency in English (French and Dutch proficiency is a plus).
