You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with cross-functional leads to deliver measurable results, wow clients, and position the agency as a top-tier player in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the agency’s marketing vision, strategy, and execution

Oversee brand development, campaign performance, and client marketing strategies

Build, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams

Drive innovation across content, digital, branding, and performance marketing

Develop insights-driven strategies to fuel client acquisition and retention

Lead internal marketing to boost agency visibility and thought leadership

Stay ahead of industry trends and keep us cutting-edge
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in strategic marketing leadership (agency background preferred)

Proven success in digital campaigns, brand strategy, and performance growth

Strong creative instincts with a data-driven mindset
-
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
-
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large budgets
-
Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong bonus)

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication
